This site was created by my Australian friend, Wai. He's done some excellent research about hermit crabs and how to properly care for them. He's even done some nice hand-drawings of his own hermit crabs. These folks have a wonderful online store! You can buy hermit crabs live--including Strawberry, Ecuadorians (or Es), Purple Pinchers (PPs), Indonesian, Rogosus, and Micros) all of course shipped safely and quickly. They have a great selection of shells (natural and painted) for many different hermit crab species and sizes. They also sell food, treat, water dishes, heat/humidity supplies, hiding places, etc.
I recommend them personally in their capacity on eBay, under the name hermit-crabs-direct. I bought Arwen-Kali 2 pounds of FMR Treat because no stores in my area seemed to be carrying it anymore, and they threw in an extra pound for free!
